Refund Policy

We invite You to review our policy on refunds. 

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SarvSoft, Delhi, India.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase service from Us.

  • Service refers to digital services.

  • Website refers to SarvSoft, accessible from https://sarvsoft.com/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You acknowledge that the nature of the services (including SEO i.e. Search engine optimization, web design, or any digital marketing services) provided and the applicable rates and charges have been communicated to you. You know that SarvSoft reserves the right to change the specified rates and charges from time to time. In the event of any pricing changes, the SarvSoft will notify you of the same at least 10 days prior to the end of the that current month.

The users of the website can make payments by using net banking, UPI, credit cards or by any available payment mode. You agree to pay all applicable monthly fees and other applicable charges to SarvSoft on a monthly basis (Or one time if specefied) on the first calendar day of the month (or the first date of your payment cycle commencement) during which services are to be provided. You further agree that all amounts paid to SarvSoft are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the digital services, SarvSoft does not offer or provide any refunds upon cancellation nor provide any refund if we started and initiated project from our side

Search engine optimization (SEO) services - SarvSoft does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/rankings/reports, etc. And will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof. Any outstanding amounts owing to SarvSoft from a previous month are required to be paid on the first calendar day of the next month, failing which SarvSoft reserves the right to withhold or cancel its services to you without any notice
